Rulers should follow dharma that is necessary to govern well. They should provide for the people, foster their growth and safeguard sanskārs. They should suitably arrange services for health, education, defense, electricity, food, water and other resources for the benefit of all. (201–202)
प्रशासक, सुशासन के लिए आवश्यक धर्मों का पालन करें। लोगों का भरण-पोषण करें। संस्कारों की रक्षा करें। सभी के अभ्युदय के लिए स्वास्थ्य, शिक्षण, संरक्षण, बिजली, अनाज, जल आदि द्वारा यथोचित व्यवस्था करें। (२०१-२०२)

सुव्यवस्था विधातव्या सर्वाऽभ्युदयहेतुना॥२०२॥

गुणसामर्थ्यरुच्यादि विदित्वैव जनस्य तु।
तदुचितेषु कार्येषु योजनीयो विचार्य सः॥२०३॥
A person should be assigned suitable tasks after knowing and considering their qualities, abilities, inclinations and other such factors. (203)
मनुष्य के गुण, सामर्थ्य, रुचि आदि को जानकर, विचार करके उसके लिए उचित कार्यों में उसे प्रेरित करें। (२०३)

शक्या भगवतो यत्र भक्तिः स्वधर्मपालनम्।
तस्मिन् देशे निवासो हि करणीयः सुखेन च॥२०४॥
One should happily reside in a country where one can worship Bhagwan and observe one’s dharma. (204)
जिस देश में भगवान की भक्ति हो सके तथा अपने धर्म का पालन हो सके, ऐसे देश में सुखपूर्वक निवास करें। (२०४)

विद्याधनादिकं प्राप्तुं देशान्तरं गतेऽपि च।
सत्सङ्गमादरात् तत्र कुर्यान्नियमपालनम्॥२०५॥
A person who migrates elsewhere for educational, economic or other gains should continue to reverently practice satsang and observe niyams. (205)
विद्या, धन आदि की प्राप्ति के लिए देशांतर में जाए तो वहाँ भी आदरपूर्वक सत्संग करें और नियमों का पालन करें। (२०५)
