।। सत्संग दीक्षा।।

मनुष्यो व्यसनी यः स्याद् निर्लज्जो व्यभिचारवान्।

तस्य सङ्गो न कर्तव्यः सत्सङ्गमाश्रितैर्जनैः॥१८६॥

Satsangis should not associate with people who have addictions, are shameless or are adulterous. (186)

सत्संगीजन व्यसनी, निर्लज्ज तथा व्यभिचारी मनुष्य की संगत न करें। (१८६)

सङ्गश्चारित्र्यहीनायाः करणीयो नहि स्त्रियाः।

स्त्रीभिः स्वधर्मरक्षार्थं पाल्याश्च नियमा दृढम्॥१८७॥

To protect one’s dharma, female devotees should not associate with immoral women and should firmly abide by the niyams. (187)

स्त्रियाँ अपने धर्म की रक्षा के लिए चरित्रहीन स्त्री का संग न करें तथा दृढतापूर्वक नियमों का पालन करें। (१८७)

न तादृक्छृणुयाद् वाचं गीतं ग्रन्थं पठेन्न च।

पश्येन्न तादृशं दृश्यं यस्मात् कामविवर्धनम्॥१८८॥

One should not listen to talks or songs, read books or view scenes that increase one’s lustful desires. (188)

कामवासना को उत्तेजित करनेवाली बातें अथवा गीत न सुनें, ऐसी पुस्तकें न पढ़ें और न ही ऐसे दृश्यों को देखें। (१८८)

धनद्रव्यधरादीनां सदाऽऽदानप्रदानयोः।

नियमा लेखसाक्ष्यादेः पालनीया अवश्यतः॥१८९॥

Transactions of wealth, possessions, land and other assets should always be conducted in writing, in the presence of a witness and by definitely following other such niyams. (189)

धन, द्रव्य तथा भूमि आदि के लेन-देन में सदैव लिखित प्रमाण, साक्षी की उपस्थिति इत्यादि नियमों का पालन अवश्य करें। (१८९)

प्रसङ्गे व्यवहारस्य सम्बन्धिभिरपि स्वकैः।

लेखादिनियमाः पाल्याः सकलैराश्रितैर्जनैः॥१९०॥

All devotees should conduct their social dealings with even their relatives in writing and by following other such niyams. (190)

सभी आश्रित जन अपने संबंधियों के साथ होनेवाले व्यावहारिक प्रसंग में भी लिखित प्रमाण इत्यादि सभी नियमों का पालन करें। (१९०)
